At ZenithPeak, we are committed to getting your order to you safely, discreetly, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. 


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing days: Monday through Saturday Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed the same day You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order 


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and handed to our carrier, estimated delivery times are: Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available) Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods may affect delivery times. 


Shipping Carriers

ZenithPeak ships via USPS and/or FedEx. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. 


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

ZenithPeak offers free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum order requirement. There are no shipping fees at checkout. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge based on your location and order weight.

Discreet Packaging

All ZenithPeak orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product branding, company name, or product description visible on the outside of any package. Your privacy is important to us. 


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery once a tracking number has been issued. 


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. Once the carrier has confirmed delivery to your shipping address, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and any safe locations around your property first, then contact us at support@ZenithPeak.co within 3 business days of the confirmed delivery date. 


Undeliverable Packages & Refused Delivery

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused at delivery): We will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense For COD orders refused at delivery, the order will be cancelled and repeat refusals may result in account suspension Shipping charges on returned packages are non-refundable 


Restricted States & Locations

ZenithPeak does not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited by law. We currently do not ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Wisconsin Certain counties and cities within otherwise eligible states may also be restricted. By placing an order, you confirm that you are located in an area where receipt of our products is lawful. For the most current list of restricted locations, please contact us before ordering. 


Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD)

ZenithPeak accepts payments via Visa,Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through our secure Authorize.net payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store card numbers on our servers
