Refund & Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure every ZenithPeak customer is 100% satisfied. We stand behind our products and make the return process as straightforward as possible. 

1. Return Window

ZenithPeak accepts returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions: 

• Unopened and unused 

• In its original, sealed packaging 

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase 

The following items are NOT eligible for return: 

• Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons, opened items returned to us will be destroyed and cannot be restocked) 

• Items returned more than 30 days after purchase 

• Items not in their original condition or missing original packaging 

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start your return: 

1. Contact our support team at support@ZenithPeak.co or via our Contact Us page 

1. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return 

1. Our team will respond within a few hours (Mon–Sat) with further instructions 

1. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed 

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item): 

We will issue you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

If the return is for a personal reason (changed mind, disliked taste, etc.): 

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. 

Return address will be provided by our support team upon approval of your return request. 

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows: 

• Credit/debit card orders: refund to original payment method within 5–14 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer — we do not control this timeline) 

• COD orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Please provide your bank details to support@ZenithPeak.co when initiating your return 

You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund has been issued. 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. 

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at the email above and we will guide you through the process. 

8. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following circumstances: 

• The return window of 30 days has passed 

• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with 

• The return is due to a change in applicable law in your jurisdiction after purchase 

• The order was placed with a misrepresented shipping address or in a restricted jurisdiction
